  1. Notarized Rent Agreement
    Legally prepared rent agreement, commonly used for tenants and landlords, notarized for safety.
     

  2. Lease Deed Affidavit
    Affidavit declaring the terms and agreement between lessor and lessee.
     

  3. Sale Agreement Affidavit
    Supports the sale of property by documenting agreed terms between buyer and seller.
     

  4. Property Ownership / Possession Affidavit
    Declares current possession or ownership over a disputed or transferred property.
     

  5. Land Dispute / Undisputed Property Affidavit
    Used to assert or clarify status of land ownership for legal and registry purposes.
     

  6. Mutation of Property Affidavit
    Filed to update land ownership records in municipal or tehsil offices.
     

  7. General Power of Attorney (GPA)
    Grants someone broad legal authority to act on your behalf in property-related matters.
     

  8. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
    Gives authority to another person for a specific legal transaction or act.
     

  9. No Objection Certificate (NOC)
    A notarized declaration used to confirm no objection for property transfer, rental, or sale.
